Community comes together to celebrate diversity at P2P United
This Saturday, the Klein community came together to honor cultural diversity at the P2P United Multicultural Celebration! This inaugural event featured food, fun, and festivities from around the world!
Hundreds of visitors filled Klein Cain High School and enjoyed over 40 cultural booths and art displays that included henna tattoos, authentic items from numerous countries, a reading area, and more. Additionally, students shared their talents in nearly 30 different performances that featured dances and songs from around the world. There was something for the whole family to enjoy!
Thank you to the English Learner Guiding Coalition and Multilingual Services for hosting this amazing event celebrating the many cultures in our Klein Family and creating one of our beautiful #MomentsinKlein. It was a wonderful reminder that, as a community, we can joyfully transform the world together!
