Make Important People Standout in Outlook

One way to increase your efficiency is to make emails from important people stand out.

  1. Begin by opening Outlook 2016. Click View → View Settings → Conditional Formatting.
  2. A separate box will open.  Click Add, then type the name of your new rule.  Click on Font to change the size, color and look of the messages.  Click on Condition to add the people your new rule should apply to.
  3. Once you have personalized your settings, click OK to close out all of the boxes.
