Presenters Purpose College Essentials Course

The Professional Learning Department is excited to launch the Presenters Purpose College Essentials Course. During the Essentials Course, participants will learn essential information required to present at Klein ISD conferences, summits, and professional learning opportunities (not including campus). The course includes an overview of adult learner theory, ideal presentation expectations, suggested session framework and key concepts to incorporate. Attendees will have the base knowledge and expectations of presentations for Klein ISD while learning new strategies and content related to adult learners. This course is the initial course in the district’s Presenters Purpose College, launched in Spring 2019.

In January, more than 185 instructional leaders – specialists, program coordinators, and instructional officers – took the one-hour class. With more than 15 sessions scheduled during the spring and summer, there are plenty of options to choose from. Browse the list of sessions below and sign up in Eduphoria for one today.
