Personalized Learning and Profile of Learning Self-Assessment

Beginning on March 27, the personalized learning self-evaluation will be released to campuses through the principals. There is a teacher and administrator survey,  and they are linked to the four tenets of personalized learning and the Profile of a Leader. Profile of a Leader is aligned to the support work of the Holdsworth Teacher Leader Development team and the immersion sessions that have occurred throughout the year.

After taking the self-assessment, an email will be sent with the results so each teacher and administrator can plan their summer professional learning around the results. This data from the self-assessment should drive TTESS end-of-the year meetings as it highlights areas of strength and growth. The survey ends on April 8th.
