The Department of Multilingual Services is excited to announce that Brill and Kaiser will join Klenk and Zwink Elementary in an extraordinary journey of reimagining learning by extending opportunities for students to become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural.
We would like to celebrate our district leaders’ commitment to creating culturally responsive learning environments that allow our students to become global leaders and also provide increased opportunities for them to develop cultural awareness while learning multiple languages.
In Klein ISD, a Two-Way Dual Language Pathway is a biliteracy program model for a cohort of students from kindergarten through fifth grade learning English and Spanish in all content areas.
This program is available to incoming kindergarten students during the 2019-2020 school year at Brill, Kaiser, Klenk, and Zwink Elementary schools.
