Prior to joining Klein ISD, Mrs. Shumake served as principal and assistant principal in Tyler ISD, assistant principal and teacher in Chapel Hill ISD, curriculum specialist in Jacksonville ISD, and teacher and department chair in Troup ISD.
“I am so excited to be a part of the Mittelstädt and Klein Family,” she said. “I believe in the power of people and relationships. I want this to be a great place for everyone – students, staff, and teachers – because everyone has a plan, purpose, and reason for being here and everyone makes a difference.”
She is very excited and eager to serve the students, staff, and community of Klein ISD.
