Outstanding McDougle Students and Educators Recognized at Board Meeting

Life at McDougle Elementary has been nothing short of interesting lately. Between collaborating with other KF-bound campuses to engaging in experiments in the STEAM Express, it’s clear that the campus is growing leaders and learners alike. We’re honored to recognize a few today!

Jenny Nguyen
Jenny is the definition of a McDougle Lion. She is active in L3s (Lion Leadership), McDougle’s student council, and is always displaying leadership skills throughout the day! She is also very artistic and creative so when she isn’t paving the way for her peers, she enjoys participating in Book Club. We are proud of the leadership skills Jenny grows every day!

Francisco Vasquez
Francisco displays perseverance every single day and is an outstanding citizen at McDougle. He works very hard each day to do his best and is always willing to lend a helping hand to a friend or teacher in need. Francisco makes us proud that he is a McDougle Lion!

Mrs. Julie Zachary
Mrs. Zachary makes it a point to develop a special, personal connection with every student at McDougle. She constantly presents positivity and models a love of reading and learning for our students AND teachers! She embraces the idea of being a forever learner and shares her learning with students and teachers.
