New Teacher Mentor Program Celebrations

Around 300 year one and year two teachers wrapped up their New Teacher Mentor Program responsibilities for the school year at the end of April. The program consisted of reflections, observations of other teachers, support campus meetings, 1-to-1 weekly mentoring, and the annual Energize event to support new teachers. For teachers who completed all of their responsibilities for the year, they received certifications. For the campuses who completed the most assignments, they won a pizza party that will take place when we are back in the buildings come fall. Congratulations to our year two teachers who have completed the program and will head into their third year of teaching next school year. See you in the fall!
