Klein Collins Senior Scholar Spotlight – Ian Johnson

Klein Collins Senior Scholar Spotlight – Ian Johnson

Klein Collins graduate Ian Johnson will attend the University of Texas at Austin to study architecture this fall, fulfilling the first step in his goal of becoming a residential architect.

Ian is thankful for the opportunities Klein ISD gave him to explore many subjects, as that allowed him to pinpoint his passion for architecture.

“Since the first day of my Klein ISD career, I have had the honor of learning a wide range of topics every year while growing as a student,” he said. “One would be hard-pressed to find the diversity of courses offered by Klein anywhere else.”

As a Tiger, Ian participated in Varsity tennis, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, the Technology Student Association, and Latin Club. He became a National Merit Commended Scholar and an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction.

We are excited to see what you accomplish, Ian!
