Klein High Takes Home Silver at Volleyball State Championship
The Klein High Bearkats fell to Seven Lakes in the State Championship game Saturday, but this phenomenal team walked away with the Runner Up Class 6A title.
It was a hard-earned battle for Seven Lakes and a tough loss for our lady Bearkats.
“I’m so proud of our girls. It’s never easy to take a loss, but the way our team banned together and put their all into this game says a lot about the caliber of student athletes we have on our team,” Coach Zora said.
We are extremely proud of this team and the “we not me” attitude they exude on and off the court. They are true leaders in the school community.
The Bearkats have ranked 38th nationally, and 4th in the state of Texas this year. Only dropping 2 sets this season, it is obvious this is truly a remarkable group of talented student-athletes.
Congratulations to Coach Zora and Klein High Volleyball on a phenomenal season. Your Klein Family is extremely proud of you and all you have accomplished.
