Riley Peters Named as 2021 Assistant Principal of the Year

Klein High School’s Riley Peters has been recognized as the 2021 Assistant Principal of the Year. Mr. Peters’s success as a beloved Klein High Assistant Principal is echoed by his students and colleagues. 

“We are all so proud of Mr. Peters for being honored as the Klein ISD Assistant Principal of the Year,” said Dr. Jenny McGown, Klein ISD Superintendent. “Riley is a leader who exemplifies what it means to be student focused and relationship driven. We are so fortunate to call Riley a member of our Klein Family.”

Carla, a Senior at Klein High, describes Mr. Peters as someone who makes the school feel like coming home. His presence at Klein High helps students feel as if they are in a safe and welcoming environment. 

Mr. Peters comes to work every day ready to get started and is dynamic in leadership and forming relationships with students. 

“Mr. Peters is student-focused and relentlessly pursues the success of every student at Klein High,” said Brandon Baker, Klein High School Principal. “We couldn’t be any more proud to have him here at Klein High School.”

Congratulations to Mr. Peters for this incredible achievement! You are more than deserving and an outstanding role model for the entire Klein Bearkat community.
