
Hannah Kim, Klein Cain High Salutatorian – 2021 Senior Spotlight

Hannah Kim, Klein Cain High Salutatorian, is ready to take on the next step in her academic journey after leaving a trail of success at her high school. This Hurricane has big plans for her future!
During her time at Klein Cain, Hannah was active in Key Club International, HOSA, National Honor Society, Chamber and Symphony Orchestra, National English Honor Society, National Science Honor Society, Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica, Zeta Omicron, Mu Alpha Theta, Tri-M, and Klein Club International.
Within these clubs and organizations, Hannah served as the Founder, President, and Vice President of Klein Club International, Computer Science Department Representative, Vice President of the class of 2021, National Honor Society Secretary, National English Honor Society Historian, Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica Secretary, and Orchestra Council Historian. She was also glad to lend her talents in the Pit Orchestra for both the ‘James and the Giant Peach’ and ‘Annie’ musical productions.
Hannah also lens her time outside of the classroom in various volunteer roles across different organizations. She has served as the SNY Ministry Zion 5 House ChurchYouth Shepherd, SNY Greetings Ministry Student Director, and the SNY Bridge Ministry Student Director. She is glad to assist with the Navajo Outreach Program as a Youth Shepherd and the Peru Outreach Program as a Youth Director. Some of the organizations she has been volunteering with include Bags of Hope as a Foster Awareness Coordinator, Children’s House Church Mentor, and Houston Food Bank volunteer.

After graduating from Klein Cain, Hannah plans to attend a four-year university to pursue biocomputational studies with a major in Computer Science. Afterward, she hopes to attend medical school to become an Abdominal Transplant Surgeon.
Hannah’s passion and determination to serve inspires us! We know that there are endless possibilities for her future, and we cannot wait to see all she will do!
