H-E-B Texas Loves Teachers Tour Stops at Three Klein ISD Schools
Mahaffey Elementary, Grace England Early Childhood & Pre-K Center, and Klein Cain High School were 3 of the 50 stops on the H-E-B Excellence in Education Presents Texas Loves Teachers Tour. This exciting celebration could not have been possible without votes for our rockstar teachers, staff, students from our community.
In celebration of this achievement, the H-E-B prize bus pulled up to the three schools’ parking lots to hand out goodies to teachers and staff as well as a boxed lunch from H-E-B! Students and staff even had the opportunity for a photo meet and greet with Buddy, the H-E-B mascot.
“Today was a true testament to just how much our students and community love and appreciate our faculty & staff. They have worked tirelessly this year to make sure our students were taken care of,” said Nicole Patin, Klein Cain Principal. “ It really meant a lot for me to see H-E-B returning the favor and taking care of our amazing teachers and staff members this afternoon. Seeing their smiling faces as they were treated to lunch and some goodies made my principal heart very happy! Thank you to H-E-B, and our amazing community, for acknowledging and celebrating our phenomenal staff! What a wonderful way to end the week!”
While the H-E-B tour staff was on-campus teachers and staff also had the opportunity to register to win $2,000 in H-E-B Gift Cards!
