Auj Momin, Klein Oak Top 10 – Senior Spotlight
Auj Momin is a Top 10 Senior and scholar who defines Panther Pride. This dedicated senior has excelled in his schooling and looks forward to his academic challenges beyond high school.
Auj was outstanding in academics and extracurricular activities. He was a proud member of DECA, HOSA, Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta. Within DECA, Auj served his peers as the Officer of Record Keeping and Vice President of Competitive Activities.
Auj won awards and recognitions through his time in DECA as well. These include being named a 2-time International Qualifier and a 4-time State Qualifier.
Auj didn’t mind helping out in school and outside the classroom. He volunteered as a North Jamat Khana REC Assistant Teacher and a Houston Methodist Hospital Junior Volunteer. He also served North Jamat Khana as a Youth Volunteer Team Leader.
After completing his time at Klein Oak, Auj will be headed to The University of Texas, where he will pursue his Bachelor’s Degree in an undecided field.
Auj has continuously shown grit and dedication to his education. We are so proud of him and know that this passion will take him far as he exits Klein ISD with his purpose.
