Kleb & Klein High Orchestras to Perform at Renowned Midwest Clinic

Students from the Kleb Intermediate and Klein High Chamber orchestras were invited to perform at the Midwest Clinic International Band and Orchestra Conference

This is an incredible honor, and both student groups and their directors are excited to showcase their talent for a large audience.

“The process leading up to the Midwest Clinic has been arduous,” said Nick Shaffer, Klein High senior. “However, I can say it has also been the best experience I have ever had as a member of the orchestra program.”

Annually held in Chicago since its inception in 1946, the Midwest Clinic is the world’s largest instrumental music education conference with more than 18,000 music educators, students, and professionals attending

Klein ISD Fine Arts Director Mr. Creston Herron is overjoyed to see our student musicians enjoy this memorable experience.

“Our students have been preparing and looking forward to this moment for over a year,” said Mr. Herron. “Working with these students in preparation for this performance has been both humbling and inspiring.”

What a remarkable and exciting opportunity for our students! Our Klein Family is so proud of the Klein High and Kleb Intermediate Chamber Orchestras.
