Klein Cain High School Graduates 928 Seniors
The theme of celebration has been prevalent this week as Klein Cain High School has officially graduated 928 seniors from the Class of 2022.
With the ceremony taking place at Klein Memorial Stadium, our Hurricanes were overjoyed to return “home” to recognize this momentous occasion.
“We are so grateful for the privilege of honoring and celebrating this wonderful class of incredible young people with families, friends, and community,” Klein ISD Superintendent Dr. Jenny McGown said. “Congratulations to every graduate for your hard work, determination, and resilience in getting to this important education milestone.”
Dr. McGown also gave special recognition to seniors who have attended Klein ISD schools for their entire academic career since Kindergarten as well as seniors who have committed to serving our great Nation in the United States Military post-graduation.
Reading on behalf of his brother and Class of 2022 commencement speaker Tyler Peyton, Jamey Peyton delivered an engaging and moving speech written by his twin urging seniors to make a difference in their community and the world.
“It is time to talk about what lies ahead. Sitting in front of me are future scientists, social workers, teachers, politicians, doctors, nurses, engineers, and maybe even a few Olympic athletes. Whether you choose to take your education further, join the military, or hop straight into the workforce, I am sure that each of you will strive to make a difference in your community and in the world,” Peyton said. “So be proud of what you have accomplished up to this point and be excited for what the future holds.”
