Klein ISD Graduates Walk the Stage During Summer Ceremony
Klein ISD held a summer graduation ceremony for 98 class of 2022 graduates August 13.
As each student crossed the stage and received their high school diploma, the excitement and inspiration could be felt in every corner of the auditorium.
Staff and administration from the five high schools gave heartfelt congratulations to their graduates. Superintendent Dr. Jenny McGown was in attendance to certify the graduates.
“We are so grateful to honor and celebrate these wonderful graduates with families, friends, and community,” Dr. McGown said. “Congratulations to our graduates for your hard work, determination, and resilience in achieving this important education milestone. We are so proud of you!”
For Senior Diana Jimenez, graduation was a dream come true and a motivation to achieve her goals post-high school.
“I’m thrilled and a little overwhelmed to be graduating, as this journey was long, but I’m proud to make it back to where I started and graduate with my peers,” she said.
Klein Cain Senior Valerie Alaniz was excited to cross the stage and move into the next phase of her academic journey.
“My emotions are all over the place today, but I’m very excited to graduate and move on to my future,” she said. “I’d like to thank my parents and teachers who have supported me and pushed me to the finish line.”
