Kids in Klein – Week of 9/5

Kids in Klein – Week of 9/5

A long weekend couldn’t slow down the learning for these Kids in Klein. Our forever learners jumped right back into the swing of things.

Music filled the air in Mr. Mattox’s classroom as the 6th-grade girls choir raised their voices while practicing crescendos and brushed up on other important musical concepts. While Hildebrandt Mustangs worked on vocals, little learners at Brill focused on their ELA skills. They worked through personalized stations to sharpen their reading and writing skills.

Hassler Ponies took a deep dive into their minds as this 5th-grade Humanities class explored higher-level thinking while reading passages, focusing on change within characters. Over at Kaiser, math students counted their lucky stars as they studied and identified number lines & strip diagrams in Ms. Lechuga’s class. As usual, young artists at Schindewolf were hard at work. They tested unconventional drawing methods by trying to emulate the style of artists with disabilities, such as John Bramblitt and Frida Kahlo.

We love seeing our learners thrive in every subject across our schools!
