Klein High School Student Exemplifies Excellence
Anyone who meets Ashton White can agree on one thing, he’s a proven leader.
This Klein High School senior presented himself to be an outstanding student, leader and community member. He is currently President of the Klein High School Debate team and has also been named an African American National Merit Student for his excellence in academic achievement. This current Scouts BSA Life Scout is well on his way to a successful future.
Teachers and students alike admire Ashton’s commitment to taking on various challenges and leading in several different roles.
“A student with the maturity and depth, such as Ashton, is rare, and I’m so glad he has found communities where he can thrive,” Klein High School Debate Coach Brita Domino said. “I’m excited to see all the positive changes he will make in this world.“
In addition to Ashton’s many accolades, he has recently been named the Texas Boys State Governor. Texas Boys State is a program that simulates the workings of the Texas political process.
“I would like to thank everyone who has supported me,” Ashton said. “I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow.”
As Boys State Governor, he will be invited back next year as a member of the organization’s staff, acting as the emcee for general assemblies.
Congratulations, Ashton, for being a standout student and securing many prestigious roles as a student leader. We are inspired by your level of leadership, character, and commitment.
