Kids in Klein- Week 10/31

The sun may have been hidden away, but the learning was here to stay! This week our kids in Klein took on learning in the most innovative ways.
Ms. Williamson’s 8th-grade math class at Ulrich Intermediate put a twist on escape rooms with their Dia de los Muertos-themed version of solving math problems to escape “graves.” Little learners at French are all ready for Veterans Day! Ms. Baker’s Kindergarten class created drawings of soldiers to celebrate our nation’s heroes.
The 4th-grade Bobcats at Benfer lit up with joy as they tested conductors and insulators during their circuit lab for their unit on electricity. Over at Klenk Elementary, 5th-graders in Ms. Reed’s class learned how to “divide and conquer” during their math lesson, connecting prime and composite numbers to work on fractions. Zwink Zebras took part in early voting—these kindergarteners filled out voter registration cards and colored their “I Voted” stickers as they prepared to cast their ballots for their favorite cookie!
We love to see our forever learners thriving and engaged in their classrooms!
