We are excited to welcome your littlest learners to attend Kindergarten in Klein ISD!
Our full day Kindergarten program will provide exemplary learning experiences for your child in the areas of reading, writing, math, science and social studies. Our promise is to prepare children for excellence in Kindergarten and beyond! We look forward to supporting your child on their educational journey!

Our Ready, Set, Kinder event is April 18, 2023! This is an opportunity for students, who are entering Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year, to get a sneak peek of their school and meet their principal. Please be on the lookout for additional information coming soon!
If your student attended Pre-Kindergarten in Klein for the 2022-2023 school year, then they will automatically be registered for Kindergarten for 2023-2024.
Families must register their children at the school within their attendance zone. Find your attendance zone at kleinisd.net/AttendanceZone.
FAMILIES MUST PROVIDE
- The student’s proof of identity (birth certificate preferred)
- A complete immunization health record from a licensed physician at the time of registration
- Proof of residence in Klein ISD, which can include a lease agreement, electric, water, or gas bill with the name and address of the parent/guardian. Telephone bills cannot be accepted.
STUDENT REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY
- Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2023.
