Ina Jaegy – Klein Oak 2023 Valedictorian
Klein Oak Valedictorian Ina Jaegy has been in the Klein Family since elementary school and has been an outstanding student from the beginning.
This Klein Oak pianist with a passion for music and math has big plans for her future. Ina plans to attend Washington University in St. Louis to study biochemistry on a pre-med track.
“Being part of the district since elementary school, I’ve been able to see myself grow throughout the years, academically and personally, and Klein ISD has been there every step of the way,” Ina said. “Without the teachers and staff, extracurricular activities available, and academic challenges here at Klein ISD, I would not be who I am today. Oak ‘em!”
Ina is dedicated to public service just at much as she is to her academics. When she is not playing music with the orchestra or handling her duties as vice president of Mu Alpha Theta, she spends her time as a math coach for an elementary school in her community and performs music for seniors at retirement homes.
“I’m so incredibly grateful for all the opportunities Klein ISD has provided me, whether it’s through the amazing teachers, the IB program, music opportunities, and all-around support,” Ina said.
