Schultz Student’s Grateful Shout-out to the Best Teacher Ever!
Meet Gavin, an outstanding 5th-grade student who adores his teacher, Ms. Kristin Ali. This student is passionate about learning, and his teacher’s guidance has been instrumental in his success. Gavin is excited to tell us about Ms. Ali and how she helps him be the best student and young citizen possible.

What is the number one thing you love about Ms. Ali?
GAVIN: “I like that she makes learning fun by doing things differently, whether that’s having fun in class or with stations. Besides writing in notebooks and watching videos, Ms. Ali adds other activities to help us learn actively. That’s what I like most about her.”
How has Ms. Ali helped you in the past?
GAVIN: “She’s helped me a lot with Science. I used to struggle with it, but I feel like I’ve gotten a lot better at it.”
How does Ms. Ali make learning fun?
GAVIN: “Ms. Ali makes learning fun by going out of her way and finding fun things to do for us and making it as exciting as possible.”
What will you miss most about Ms. Ali after you leave the 5th grade?
GAVIN: “I will miss her personality and how she made things fun in class. Every day I’d get excited to go to Ms. Ali’s class because I knew something amazing would happen in her class.”
What lessons have you learned from Ms. Ali?
GAVIN: “I’ve learned a lot of Science-related lessons about the Earth, how big it is, and how we can make a big impact to help, and I think that’s just amazing.”
Do you have anything else to add?
GAVIN: “This also goes out to my other teachers: thank you for all my learning in 5th grade. It’s been a great year. I’m going to miss it.”
